Blue Line Designs began in 1988 when twin brothers Don and Dan decided to pool our collective knowledge and passion for designing and building homes into a business. What makes this business different, however, is our ability to design truly distinctive homes with

We will work closely with you in the design of your home to incorporate your personal style and any design elements that you desire. We use state of the art Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create detailed drawings and floor plans of your new home. This allows you to see the vision of your new house come to life in 3D before we break ground. Plus, making changes can be as quick as the click of a mouse so the design continues to evolve as we progress. With Blue Line Designs, you play a significant role in the design and evaluation
of your house.

From start to finish, our entire team is driven by an uncompromising commitment to quality. Starting with our first consultation to the laying of the last brick and long after you move in, we will stand behind our work. Our construction management techniques ensure that your home is built with quality, professionalism, and most importantly, on schedule. Our staff, led by Don and Dan, is always available to address every question or request. In fact, Don and Dan will personally assist you in selecting the many materials and products that will adorn your home. We perform the field inspections ourselves and make it a point to be on-site as much as possible to personally oversee the project. We also employ a team of our own in-house tradesmen to better assure the quality of our end product. Our highly trained and skilled team includes rough carpenters, finish carpenters, painters, landscapers, CAD designers and design consultants.
